Terms and Conditions of WinLegends Casino

13. MiscellaneousUsers are responsible for all transactions conducted through the Platform and shall hold WinLegends Casino harmless against any claim made by third parties arising from breach of these Terms & Conditions.Where there is an inconsistency between this Agreement and information available on our Sites (other than such that explicitly appear in the User's primary account settings), the terms and conditions provided within the user’s main menu will be considered as governing provision unless stated otherwise.
